One free call-out per table to repair a torn bed cloth within the first 6 months. Once the bed cloth is stretched approx 6 months later, this then applies for a further 6 months.
This only covers best quality Hainsworth Smart cloth.
Any un-repairable cloths will be replaced by a new bed cloth, providing the bed cloth is stretched by us 6 months after fitting. This does not, however cover malicious damage or spillages.
